Project Overview
This project, a customized explosion-proof cold storage facility for electrolytes, is a benchmark case demonstrating the integration of safety standards and technological innovation in the field of new energy material storage for Nantong Xinzhoubang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. The project plans to construct five Class A explosion-proof cold storage rooms, each with a storage area of 450 square meters and a ceiling height of 4 meters, meeting the needs for large-scale and safe storage of high-risk chemicals such as lithium-ion battery electrolytes.
This project strictly adheres to the Class A warehouse standard of the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" GB50016-2014, adopting a Class A fire-resistant structural system. The walls and roof are constructed using Class A flame-retardant composite sandwich panels, ensuring the building's excellent fire resistance.
All electrical equipment is custom-selected according to the explosion-proof IIBT4 standard. From explosion-proof air conditioning units and lighting systems to monitoring sensors, all have passed the special testing of the National Explosion-proof Electrical Certification Center, achieving full-chain explosion-proof protection from power equipment to control systems. The cold storage doors feature a double-layer explosion-proof sealing design and are equipped with emergency pressure relief devices to effectively prevent abnormal internal pressure buildup. The successful implementation of this project not only built an internationally standardized electrolyte storage safety barrier for Nantong Xinzhoubang, but also set a safety benchmark in the field of new energy material storage through intelligent and energy-saving design concepts, providing the industry with a replicable integrated solution of "explosion-proof cold storage + intelligent management and control".
