Photoresist is a hazardous chemical and a Class III flammable liquid. Therefore, a dedicated explosion-proof cold storage facility must be built for storing photoresist. Shanghai Xiangning Refrigeration has focused on the design and construction of explosion-proof cold storage facilities for 20 years. The company undertook the project for Guoke Tianji's photoresist production base in Shandong. The photoresist cold storage facility has a total area of 150 square meters, a height of 3 meters, a temperature requirement of 2-8 degrees Celsius, and an explosion-proof rating of IICT4. It was successfully completed and passed acceptance in March 2023.
