Zhejiang Garden Biotechnology Co., Ltd., established in December 2000, is a national high-tech enterprise, a national high-tech industrialization demonstration project, and a national resource comprehensive utilization project. The company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board on October 9, 2014, with the stock code 300401. Shanghai Xiangning Refrigeration, after rigorous selection, was honored to become the professional contractor for the installation of the Garden Biotechnology Pharmaceutical Cold Storage Project. This project comprises two pharmaceutical cold storage units, with a total area of 346㎡ + 25.2㎡ = 371.2㎡. The project includes the installation and commissioning of refrigeration equipment; insulation of the storage structure and floor; and supporting power distribution, ventilation, and lighting.
Detailed specifications for the cold storage unit's volume and basic information are listed in the inventory:
1. Each cold storage unit corresponds to a specific refrigeration unit;
2. Condensate from the cold storage unit should be systematically drained to prevent overflow;
3. Insulation requirements: Five-sided insulation; the cold storage floor should be heat-insulated;
4. Insulation materials: Stainless steel polyurethane cold storage panels for walls and ceiling (visible surface 304 stainless steel, other surfaces color steel), floor (100mm XPS extruded polystyrene board), fire resistance rating B1;
5. Insulation layer thickness: floor... 100mm thick floorboards, 100mm thick walls, see drawings for details;
6. Sliding insulated doors for the 8-15℃ cold storage (W×H=2000mm×2500mm);
7. The temperature and humidity parameters of the cold storage should have remote monitoring, recording, and alarm functions, and the alarm should be configurable;
8. Warehouse temperature control: 8-15℃ (using two refrigeration units; when both are running simultaneously, the temperature drops below 8℃; when only one is running, the temperature drops below 15℃).
