Nanjing Jianyou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., established in 2000, was formerly known as Nanjing No. 2 Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory. It is one of the earliest pharmaceutical companies in China engaged in heparin extraction and purification, and the development of methods for confirming the structure of heparin-like mucopolysaccharide products. It has been producing heparin products for over 20 years.
The company has invested 500 million yuan in Nanjing High-tech Zone to build a high-speed production line with leading capacity in Asia, constructing one of the few high-end production lines in Asia equipped with isolators, achieving modular scalability of the plant, and building China's first sterile preparation production line to pass FDA quality standards, representing the high-end level of the industry in my country. This also breaks the bottleneck for Chinese pharmaceutical companies in selling sterile preparations in the US market.
The project's pharmaceutical cold storage temperature is set at an adjustable 2-8℃ according to the construction requirements of pharmaceutical cold storage. The units use imported Copeland refrigeration units and are equipped with dehumidification equipment to ensure the antibacterial and moisture-proof requirements of the finished preparations. The units are dual-operation, one-standby, equipped with UPS uninterruptible power supply to ensure continuous operation of the cold storage. The storage area uses PLC intelligent control.
