Project Scale: Total building area: 18339.3 square meters
Main Construction Contents:
(1) Construction of one intelligent cold storage building. Total building area: 10279.44 m2, building structure: frame structure, one floor above ground, partially two floors.
(2) Construction of two agricultural and sideline product storage workshops. Total building area: 1996.7 m2, single building area: 998.35 m2, building structure: portal steel frame structure, one floor above ground.
(3) Construction of two agricultural and sideline product processing workshops. Total building area: 1996.7 m2, single building area: 998.35 m2, building structure: portal steel frame structure, one floor above ground. (4) Two new agricultural and sideline product packaging workshops will be constructed. The total building area is 1996.7 m2, with a single building area of 998.35 m2. The building structure is a portal steel frame structure, with one floor above ground.
(5) Four new agricultural and sideline product cold storage workshops will be constructed. The total building area is 2045.12 m2, with a single building area of 517.44 m2. The building structure is a frame structure, with one floor above ground.
(6) Outdoor ancillary facilities include: 900m of water supply pipeline, 900m of drainage pipeline, 2200m of fire protection pipeline, 1580m of power cable, 600m³ of fire water tank, 1270m of perimeter wall, 3 gates, 35903m² of hardened ground, and 21208m² of outdoor roads, etc.
(7) Equipment procurement. Purchase 20 large refrigerated trucks (30 tons each), and purchase cold storage units, intelligent cold storage equipment, transformers, generators and installation engineering, 2 sets of instruments and equipment for the processing workshop, 2 sets of instruments and equipment for the packaging workshop, 5 refrigerated vehicles, 5 forklifts, 5 logistics (cargo) vehicles and other ancillary facilities.
