2.1 Project Overview: Dongxiang County Daban Cold Chain Logistics Park Construction Project General Contracting (EPC)
2.1.1 Construction Location: Daban Town, Dongxiang Autonomous County.
2.1.2 Construction Scale and Content: Phase I Construction: Total land area is 82,515.51 square meters, total building area is 32,704.80 square meters. Of which: Above-ground building area: 32,404.80 square meters; Underground building area: 300.00 square meters. Construction content includes: Logistics Warehouse #1, Logistics Warehouse #2, Apartment #1, and outdoor works.
Logistics Warehouse #1: Main building is one story above ground (partially two stories), structural form: lightweight steel frame structure and concrete frame structure. Building area: 12,905.94 square meters. Indoor and outdoor height difference: 0.3~1.3 m, building height: 14.50 m. Fire hazard classification: Class C, Item 2; fire resistance rating: Class II for above-ground buildings. Roof waterproofing: Class II. Building Functions: Storage area (cold storage), work area, office area, equipment room, fire water tank, pump room, etc.
#2 Logistics Warehouse: One-story main building (partially two-story), structural form: lightweight steel frame structure and concrete frame structure. Building area: 12905.94 square meters. Indoor and outdoor height difference: 0.3~1.3 m, building height: 14.50 m. Fire hazard classification: Class C, item 2. Fire resistance rating: Class II for above-ground buildings. Roof waterproofing: Class II. Building functions: Storage area (cold storage reserved), work area, office area, equipment room, power distribution room, etc.
#1 Dormitory Building: Five-story main building, structural form: concrete frame structure. Building area: 6592.92 square meters. Indoor and outdoor height difference: 0.3 m, building height: 19.20 m. Fire resistance rating: Class II for above-ground buildings. Roof waterproofing: Class II. Building functions: First floor: shops; second to fifth floors: apartments; roof stairwell; water tank room, etc.
Fire water tank and pump room: One basement level of the main building, structural form: concrete frame structure. Building area: 600.00 square meters.
Guardhouse: One floor above ground of the main building, structural form: concrete frame structure. Building area: 50.0 square meters. 3. Planned construction period: Total construction period is 560 calendar days. Detailed requirements are provided in the appendix to Chapter Two of the tender documents, "Instructions to Bidders," calculated from the date of project completion and acceptance.
4. Total investment (subject to the approved budget): RMB 473,525,000; Total investment for this first phase of tender: RMB 131,001,700.
