Shanghai Taoxi E-commerce Co., Ltd.'s e-commerce fresh food cold storage project consisted of three cold storage rooms: one frozen storage room and two refrigerated storage rooms. The frozen storage room maintains an internal temperature of -20℃ to -25℃. The insulation of the storage room uses double-sided polyurethane stainless steel panels. To better maintain the temperature, the floor is covered with corundum sand. Xiangning Refrigeration provided two sets of refrigeration units. Stainless steel shelves are provided for easy placement of goods. The refrigerated storage room, to ensure high standards for the products, uses aluminum exhaust pipes and Copeland water chiller units (our company chose water cooling due to the site's proximity to a water source, as it is energy-saving, power-efficient, and low-noise). The insulation panels are made of double-sided polyurethane color steel panels.
A frozen storage room is a facility that uses various equipment for refrigeration and can be artificially controlled and maintained at a stable low temperature. Cold storage rooms are used for the freezing and refrigeration of food, pharmaceuticals, and machinery. They maintain a certain low temperature inside through artificial refrigeration.

Low-temperature storage maintains temperatures below -20°C because seafood and frozen drinks require temperatures below -20°C to prevent spoilage; below this temperature, the freshness of seafood is significantly diminished.
The characteristic of low-temperature storage is that food is gradually placed into the cold storage at irregular intervals. After a period of time, the temperature of the cold storage reaches -20℃. There are no special requirements for this period of time, but the storage temperature is strictly controlled. The typical low-temperature storage is between -18℃ and -23℃. However, for storing frozen drinks containing dairy products, the storage temperature should be set between -20℃ and -28℃. These two different temperatures require different levels of equipment, and the equipment investment varies greatly.
